What is the Youth Empowerment Program?

  • Launched by UA3 in 2024, the Youth Empowerment Program is a year-round after-school program in New York City designed to empower high school and college-aged youth. Our goal is to support mental health, enhance overall well-being, provide invaluable career development opportunities, and equip young individuals with the essential knowledge and skills to thrive in school and future careers.

  • Since Jan 10th, 2024, We have hosted in-person workshops every Wednesday from 4 pm to 6 pm and we have invited numerous guest speakers to deliver engaging sessions on topics such as Mental Health, Physical Health, Building Healthy Teen Relationships, Resume Building, and Stress Reduction. Additionally, we offer exciting opportunities such as community service hours and company visits to locations like Morgan Stanley, National Grid, and many others.

  • The application for the Youth Empowerment Program is ongoing. If you're interested in joining our workshops, please scan the QR code or click the link on the attached flyer, and we will follow up with those who have signed up.
