Cooking Workshop and Cookbook collab
Created by Anna Liang and Cindy Xu, M.S.-RDN Candidates at Teachers College, Columbia University in partnership with NewYork-Presbyterian, this cookbook features nutritious, accessible recipes designed to support healthy eating and wellness.
Readers will find practical meal ideas, nutrition tips, and simple ingredients that make healthy cooking enjoyable for individuals and families alike.
June 20, 2022: In collaboration with The Harding Ford Vision Baby Program and NYC Council Speaker Adrienne Adams, UA3 distributed much-needed supplies to support families and the youth.
Aug. 14, 2021: UA3 attended an event to commemorate the life and memory of Marvelle Bennett. She nobly and graciously fed hundreds of homeless in Jamaica, Queens NY. We celebrate her life and mission.

July 16, 2020: UA3 delivers hot meals from Patrizia's Restaurant to Staten Island's Clove Lakes Health Care & Rehabilitation Center (July 16) and FDNY EMS stations 22 and 23 (July 17). 275 lunches were brought to the nursing home and 40 lunches were given to both FDNY EMS locations.
